Merger explanation
From 1 January 2026, Hitma Groep B.V. and Hitma B.V. will continue as one entity under the name Hitma B.V.. This merger is purely an administrative change. For Hitma’s business partners, nothing will change in terms of cooperation. Contracts, agreements, and contact persons remain unchanged.

Key points at a glance:

• From a legal perspective, very little changes. The new Hitma B.V. will fully and unconditionally assume all rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the merging companies. All shares will remain 100% owned by Indutrade. There is therefore no change in ownership. Existing contracts and agreements remain unaffected.

• Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers: As a result of the merger, the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and VAT number of the new entity will change. As of 1 January 2026, the new details are:
