Hitma Bewust includes the following pillars:

• Sustainability: Saving energy, reducing emissions, improving biodiversity, etc., by making our own processes and resources – as well as those of our suppliers and customers – more sustainable, or by contributing to their improvement.
• Social involvement: Supporting charities, providing aid in our local region, helping young people move forward, and collaborating with people who are distanced from the labor market.
• Safe and pleasant work environment: Being an attractive and engaged employer with a strong focus on people and a healthy work-life balance.
• Role within the technical sector: Acting as an ambassador for working in technology – showing that technology is fun and inspiring young people to pursue careers in the field – so we can contribute to a strong and healthy technical sector in the Benelux.
